Event Description

Product customization, which requires careful company management both externally, on the purchasing and sales side, and internally, on the technical development and production side, becomes even more complex in a context of turbulent markets where the availability of raw materials and prices are subject to significant fluctuations.

Of this it will be spoken in the encounter in program focusing the participations on:

  • estimating times and costs quantifying the risks of supplying
  • tying the estimate to the budget planning
  • choosing characteristics of the product on the web like goods and services B2C (es. auto, computer, shoes, doors, etc.)
  • how to bring back experience also in B2B (ex. buildings, machinery, plants, equipment, components, subcontracting)
  • real cases of applications
